Obituary of Grace Bowman

Grace M. Bowman, age 80, of Poughkeepsie died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at River Valley Care Center, Poughkeepsie. Mrs. Bowman was born September 7, 1930 in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Jeannette DeMichael. She was employed by St. Francis Hospital Poughkeepsie, NY as a Housekeeping Supervisor for 20 years. She was a lifetime resident at Interfaith Towers. She is survived by three sons: Frank Bowman of Highland, NY, Anthony Bowman of Philippines, Michael Bowman of Texas. Daughter And Son In-law, Jeanette And Ralph Rosenkranz of Phoenicia, NY; Son And Daughter In-law, Robert And June Bowman of Wallkill, NY; grandchildren, Jeremy And Tayler Bowman; grandchildren, Sheryl And Jose Gonzalez; grandchildren, Michelle And Frank Bowman, Jr., and her sister & brother-in-law Frances and Jack Neilson. She is also survived by four Great-Grandchildren and one niece and nephew. She was predeceased by her brother, Theodore DeMichael and her niece Lorraine Neilson-Blauvelt. There are no calling hours. Funeral service will be private at St. Peters Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
