Obituary of Patricia Boyd

Patricia Boyd, age 76, of Poughkeepsie, NY died Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center of NY. Ms. Boyd was born March 7, 1934 in Middletown, NY. She is the daughter of the late Robert and the late Carrie (Hansen) Boyd. She was employed by Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY as an Administrative Assistant; she also was previously employed by the Poughkeepsie Savings Bank. She was a local resident all her life, a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Poughkeepsie and the Freedom Plains Presbyterian Church. Pat was a board member of Interfaith tower Apartments. She loved to read and travel. Pat is survived by many friends, cousins and relatives. Calling hours will be Thursday, July 1 from 11:30pm to 12:30pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. The funeral will be held 12:30 pm on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
