Obituary of Kimberly DiNonno
Kimberly Di Nonno passed away suddenly in a car accident along with her mother and grandmother on Sunday, September 13, 2009. She was born August 17, 1969 to Robert and Kathleen Zwissler. Her father survives in Poughkeepsie. On November 25, 1989 she married her soul mate and love of her life, Scott Di Nonno. Scott and Kim were planning on renewing their vows this year on their 20th anniversary, they were inseparable and best friends. She is survived by her three boys, Justin, Ryan and Christain and her two furry girls, Annie and Daisy. Her brother David survives and had been living in Poughkeepsie with their grandmother, Doris, who also died in the accident. Kim was predeceased by her twin sister, Christa, in September 1992. She was a devoted friend and sister-in-law to Laurel Bennett and her husband Jim who survive in Stormville. She was a caring and loving aunt to her several nieces and nephews, Daniel, Robert and Crystal Zwissler of Holmes and Jimmy, Danielle, Nicole and Shannon Bennett of Stormville. Her cousin, who was like a little sister to her Angela Adams and her partner Manny survive in Staatsburg. She has three aunts, was predeceased by an uncle and several other cousins. She worked seasonally at Adams Fairacre Farms in the flower shop and enjoyed working along with her mother, Kathy. Kim loved to garden and do landscaping along with her husband. Their garden is growing strong and she loved to share with everyone all the vegetables that were produced. They also loved to travel together with their sons in their camper to Lake George, Saratoga and Rombout. She was a caring and devoted mother, aunt and friend that would have done anything for anyone. She will truly be missed by everyone who knew her. Calling hours will be Friday, September 18, 2009, from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 10:00am at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery Community Mausoleum.
