Obituary of Christopher Gaudio

Christopher J. Gaudio, 36, of Wallkill, NY, died on March 31, 2009 at St.Luke's Hospital.The son of Vincent J. Gaudio and Ann L. Inger, he was born January 7, 1973 in Poughkeepsie, NY.He was a self employed Carpenter and he graduated from Wallkill High School. An avid fisherman, he was very creative with his hands, Christopher always had a smile on his face, would always lend a helping hand to anyone who asked, and was loved by all who knew him. Chris will be truly missed by the lives he touched, we will cherish his memory.Survivors include his loving parents at home in Wallkill; son, Tyler M.Gaudio of Wallkill; brother, Shawn Gaudio and his fiancé, Allison McGrath of Modena; brother, Vincent Gaudio of Wallkill; sister, Allison Gaudio of Wallkill; niece, Ashlyn McGrath; grandfather, Vincent Gaudio of Poughkeepsie, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Alice and Vincent Inger and Catherine Gaudio. Visitation will be held Friday, April 3, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Timothy P.Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave.,Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up for Christopher's son, Tyler,in care of Allison Gaudio, 82 Church St., Wallkill, NY 12589.
