What a remarkable and profoundly influential woman! I hold her in very high regard for her pioneering work in Korean nursing and nursing education and in all subsequent contributions. I have the honor of being the daughter of a woman who was a dear friend and colleague, and who always felt that Oak Soon was beyond exceptional. I send heartfelt condolences and blessings to all the family.
