Obituary of James Landor

James Landor, 51, a long time resident of Poughkeepsie died suddenly on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie. He was employed as a Product Engineer at IBM Poughkeepsie. He was born in Dearborn, MI, on September 21, 1958. Survived by his loving wife, Jean Guo; his son, Andrew Guo; and his daughter, Sarah Landor. He is also survived by his two sisters, Linda and Joyce; his two brothers, Robert and Hugo; and his mother, Gladys. In addition to his dedication to his family, Jim enjoyed working on his sports car and participating in club events. Jim was always willing to lend a helping hand was was noted for his friendly and kind personality. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 4th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY.
