Mr. Bailey posted a condolence
Sunday, September 25, 2016
To the family and friends of David Knapp, At this time of lost, we offer our deepest condolences and sympathy. We know all too well the pain and sorrow that the death of a loved one can bring. We look forward to the time when the pain and sadness that death can bring, will be a thing of the past. We look forward to this time with confidence due to what the Bible says at Revelation 21:4: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." May these words from God's Word the Bible bring you comfort in your time of sorrow. Sincerely, Mr. Bailey

Dave was my best buddy since I was 7. Eventually our lives took us in different directions and we lost touch. I didn't know he passed until sunday night, and I missed his memorial service. My heart is broken from his loss and missing a chance to see his family and friends. His mom, brothers & sister were like my mom, brothers & sister to me. I'm so happy he found Cindy and had a family. Only happy memories, building forts in the woods, sleigh riding, riding bikes to dutchland for ice cream & to go fishing, mini bikes, driving field cars... "The Boys" know, I will see you soon my friends! Love you all...Bob

I went to Arlington high School with David and rode the BOCES bus with him. Then later on down the rode we met up again at Friendly Honda and worked in the same building together. David was a very accomplished (And fast!) Air conditioning and accessories installer and trouble- shooter there. David was a very focused and hard worker as well as a "Good Guy" with a great laugh.. I just saw Him and His brother Kevin last Sunday at a car show up at Lebanon Valley Drag strip. I really had a great time with him and his brother talking and reminiscing. David and Kevin were showing the 69+1/2 Plymouth Road Runner that they both recently completed..!it is Beautiful! My sincere Heartfelt condolences goes out to his family! He will be missed by all! RIP my Friend!

Dave worked with my Dad at Walt Anderson's Shop when I was a kid. I will always remember visiting his apartment in Lake Lodges where he had torn apart a motorcycle engine in his living room and was rebuilding it. I thought that was the coolest thing. I always enjoyed seeing Dave at Pleasant Valley days and car shows, I will miss that. RIP Dave Jeff Brower
