Phillip R. Butler Died Saturday at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in Poughkeepsie November 4, 1931 he was the Son of Alvi and Theresa Norton Butler. Calling Hours will be Tuesday evening from 7pm to 9pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
