I remember Mrs. Ciancio as a boy. She helped me get my first Boy Scout uniform.I also worked with her for a breif time at M. Scwartz. She and my Mom have kept in touch all these years. She will be missed.

Jake, I'm so sorry to hear about your wife passing. I used to work with you at Western Publishing. I still remember you talking about the relationship you had with your wife some 25 years ago. I thought you had such a wonderful relationship. It sounds like you had a very fulfilling life together. Remember all those memories you made together to get you through this difficult time. I remember Mrs. Ciancio from my early grade school days with Larry. Once, we had an air-raid drill and the teacher told everyone to leave the room and go to the basement. Larry went over to the window and threw out a paper airplane, addressed to his mother saying: "MOM!!! HIDE. The Bombs are coming" He adored his mother and our hearts go out to him on this loss. love Jeannie
