Obituary of Leon Karpel

Leon Karpel 87 of Poughkeepsie died at Metro West Medical Center in Framingham Mass. Born in Brooklyn he was the son of Abraham and Tillie Barish. In 1948 he married Patricai Levine, she predceased him June 17, 2006. Leon is also survived be his two daughters Linda Karpell and Terri Karpel. Graveside services will be conducted Monday 2pm at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
