Obituary of Dolores Longbard
Dolores Ann Longbard, 80 passed away peacefully, Friday November 25, 2011 at the Lutheran Care Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Born July 5, 1931 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Anthony and Dominica (Lauria) Muccio, Dolores married Guy J. Longbard on September 18, 1949. Guy predeceased her September 15, 1988. She worked at Western Publishing Co. for 17 years after having worked at the Food Center and Grand Union Market in Poughkeepsie. Dolores is survived by her son, Keith G. Longbard and his wife, Patricia of Poughkeepsie, NY and her daughter, Linda A. Berryann and her husband Wayne R., Sr. of Poughkeepsie, NY. She loved, cherished and is survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren Wayne R. Berryann, Jr., his wife Amy, Michael, Evan and Nathan Guy of McLeansville, NC, Jamie M. Butler, her husband James E. III and son Cameron of Wappingers Falls, NY, David G. Longbard of Pleasant Valley, NY and Marcella R. Byrne and her husband Derek of Poughkeepsie, NY. She was predeceased by two sisters, Lena Tasciotti of Poughkeepsie, NY and Marie Ridley of New Mexico and her brother John Muccio of Sun City Center, FL. She is survived by on brother Frank Muccio and his wife, Georgia of Baca Roton, FL and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Tuesday November 29, 2011 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie New York 12603. The Funeral service will be Wednesday 11am November 30, 2011 at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery Community Mausoleum.
