my wife Linda Roper and I live on Wilbur Boulevard, 2 houses west of where Kara lived for awhile. I have a copy of the Hudson Valley Writers Association publication "Visions and Revisions" of 1990, featuring Kara's cover design, as well as different editions of "Echoes", an earlier prose and poetry yearly series, which featured her illustrations. She had many interests and many passions, and will be missed in this life, but she lives on in different ways.
