Dear Paula and Family, I was heart broken when I found out I would not be attending the Funeral Services for Bob, however, my heart goes out to you and your family. I know you miss Bob. He was a fine Marine and touched so many hearts in this world. I'll always remember how proudly you spoke of him. Now the world knows of his dedication to his country and that is so special. To God be the glory.

I am saddened by the loss of your son. Though we have never met, being a mother with a son in the Air National Guard, my heart goes out to your family. I offer my sincerest condolences to Robert's family. We give our deepest thanks to him and his loved ones for their painful sacrifices. He stepped up to serve for all of us. I never had the honor of meeting Bob, but Paula and Larry opened thier hearts to me when I needed it and now my heart breaks for you.
