Obituary of Joseph Morgan

Joseph W. Morgan 88 of the Town of Pleasant Valley died Monday November 27, 2006 at Vassar Hospital. A life long resident he was the son of George and Carlotta Davies Morgan. Joseph was the owner of Morgans Valley View Nursery in Poughkeepsie. On June 21, 1942 in Poughkeepsie he married Virginia E. Moate, she predeceased him on February 13, 2005. Joseph is survived by his son and daughter inlaw Stephen and Diane Morgan of Hyde Park. He was predeceased by his son David J. Morgan on February 14, 2002. Services will be 11am Thursday November 30, 2006 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church Overlook Road with burial to follow at LaGrange Rural Cemetery.
