Obituary of Ronald Rusnock
CAIRO, NY - Ronald Andrew Rusnock, 73, of Cairo, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2008. Mr. Rusnock was retired from Executive Towers in Poughkeepsie where he was Manger and President for 30 years. He was a member of the Dutchess County Pistol Association a lifetime member of the Elks Club and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed ballroom dancing with his wife, Rose. Born on November 17, 1934 in Old Forge, PA, he was the son of Andrew Rusnock, Jr. and Pauline Sopack Rusnock. On September 12th, in the Bronx, he married Rose T. Smith. Mrs. Rusnock survives her husband at home in South Cairo, NY. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Jay K. Rusnock of Wappingers Falls and Michael A. Rusnock of Poughkeepsie; two granddaughters, Alyssa M. Rusnock and Brandi M. Rusnock, both of Red Hook. and a sister, Lillian Passalacqua of Georgia. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie.
