I only recently heard of Scottâs passing, so apologies for this late post. I grew up with Scott on Hillman Drive. He was a fun loving kid who enjoyed being outside. Along with his older brother Jimmy, we would play every day after school until our momâs called us home for dinner. During the summer, the routine was for me to roust them out of bed just after sunrise by tapping their bedroom window with small stones. We would then head out to one of our favorite fishing holes and return several hours later, only to do all over again the next day. As many have stated, Scott grew up to be a generous and kind-hearted man. After every snowstorm he would plow my parentâs driveway, never asking or expecting anything. To this day, my mother still talks about that act of kindness. I send my condolences to Jimmy, Heidi, Mrs. Schimmel and all of Scottâs friends.

My condolences to the family and friends of Scott. Growing up with Scott as a neighbor and friend I can attest to his unselfishness, good humor and a willingness to always lend a helping hand, no matter what the circumstances were. Scott and I were close friends for many years and had many laughs along the way. He may be gone, but will never be forgotten. I'm glad I had the chance to know him and be his friend.

Dear Sandra, I was saddened to hear the news of Scott's passing. I'm not sure if you remember me but we parked next to you and Scott the last two years at the Adirondack Nationals in Lake George. I own the blue 1968 Mustang with white stripes. This past year Scott was kind enough to tell the parking attendant it was OK for me to park close to him since parking was limited. We appreciated his kindness. Myself, my brother-in-law (Dennis) and my sister (Maria), talked a bit over the last two years to you and Scott while trying to stay dry through the rain. I have also seen him and talked with him at a few other car shows in the area. I always admired his Chevelle and the care you both took of it and enjoyed listening to the story of him owning it for so long. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Take care. Rich DiMarino

My deepest sympathies & condolence. I really really miss you buddy. The every morning call at 5 am just to ask me what I'm doing. I would always say - what do you think I'm doing at this hour? You would just laugh at me & call me the next morning at the same time. There was no call this morning & I felt sick all over. We ate lunch just about every day together - Diddy got all our left overs. Remember buddy - she hated the tomatoes.LOL Love ya pal - miss you buddy Waz
