Obituary of David Taro

David B. Taro a resident of Poughkeepsie, passed on Easter Sunday April 24, 2011 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. David was the son of the late Michele Taro and the late Willie Smallwood. He was born October 15, 1978 in Harlem New York. David had characteristics of a good employee. He enjoyed all sports and also enjoyed being a magnificent Chef. Most importantly he was a devoted man to his fiance' Marcella Slaughter, whom he loved so dearly. David will be truly missed !!!! David is survived by his fiance' Marcella Slaughter, his two daughters Desire and Leilani Taro, his fiance' children Michael Hiter Jr. MaCortney Hiter, MeKayla Sims, his siblings Lawrence Taro , Erica Smallwood, Alfonzo Smallwood Valintino Taro, Kenneth Taro and several nieces and nephews. Memorial donations maybe made in Davids name to the American Cancer Society 2678 South Road Suite 102 Poughkeepsie New York 12603. There will be a one hour visitation on Saturday April 30, 2011 from 10am to 11am. at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie New York .
