Obituary of Timothy O'Toole

Timothy J. O'Toole, 57, of Wappingers Falls, NY died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at home. Born on October 1, 1954 in Woodside, Queens, he was the son of the late James W. and Catherine M. Steigert O'Toole. He had attended Mgrs. McClancy High School in Queens and was a graduate of TCI in Manhattan. A local resident since 1978, Mr. O'Toole worked as an Equipment Support Specialist for IBM in East Fishkill. On May 30, 1982 he married Concetta M. "Jada" Salsano at St. John Vianney Church in Colonia, NJ. His wife survives him at home. Mr. O'Toole was a member of Holy Trinity Church and he loved to garden, do wood working, cooking and like to study his lineage. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Joseph Michael O'Toole of Wappingers Falls and his fiancé Kristie Kar, his daughter Jennifer Caitlin O'Toole of Wappingers Falls, his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Adria and Thomas Schaefer of Asbury, NJ, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Frank and Dana Salsano of Brick, NJ, sister-in-law Tina Pascalli and her fiancé Paul Messina of Iselin, NJ, and his mother-in-law G. Naomi Salsano of Iselin, NJ. Also surviving are 6 nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 4:00 - 8:00pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 10:00am at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will follow at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
