Obituary of Sean Sinon

Sean Edward Sinon, loving son and brother, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 11, 2012. He was born in Poughkeepsie on May 5, 1988, son of Dianne Sinon, Hyde Park, and Stanley Sinon, Poughkeepsie. Sean attended F. D. Roosevelt High School and as of November 2010 he was employed by Metro-North Railroad in the track department out of Croton, NY. Sean was a devoted worker and just received his CDL Class A License. He was a dedicated employee who still helped out past employers A.W. Coon & Sons and Out On A Limb Tree Services. Sean is a past member of the 4-H Dutchess County Beef Club. In addition to his parents, survivors include sisters' Kara Sinon, Scarsdale, NY, Deidra Sinon, Lowville, NY, Grandmother Edna Hotaling, Pleasant Valley, NY, his high school sweetheart and love of his life Ashley Walsh, Hyde Park, NY, and his beloved dog Bella. Surviving Aunts and Uncles include Suzanne & Dan Meyer, Ph.D., Staatsburg, cousins Aimee, Tim and Matt; Ron Osterman, Hyde Park, cousins Kelly and Christopher; Brenda Smith, Staatsburg; Lynne and Carlo Miscedra, Hyde Park cousins Theresa and Phillip; Karl and Laura Osterman, Wappingers Falls, cousins Paul and Eric; Mike and Barbara Bahl, Salt Point, cousins Tyler and Kyle; Joanne and Lenny Shortz, Enfield, CT. Sean is predeceased by grandparents Paul and Theresa Osterman, Stanley Sinon, Sr., and Donald Hotaling. Sean is also survived by his second family, the numerous friends that he made throughout his life. Anyone who met Sean was instantly drawn to his charismatic personality and infectious smile. During his free time Sean enjoyed being outdoors whether it is hunting, fishing, or riding his motor cycle, always with a friend by his side. Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 from 3:00 - 8:00pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Father James Garisto will be held on Saturday, February, 18, 2012 at 10:00am at Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel of St. Peter's Parish, 299 Hudson View Dr., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
