Bill was a "one of a kind guy". When you became his friend you were his friend forever and he would always be the first one there if you needed help with anything. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

My sincere condolances to the family of Bill. Bill and I were in the same class in Arlington. We did a lot of things together over the years in school. I always considered him my best friend from those years. It was always good to talk, or see one another at reunions. I'll miss him not being there. God speed Bill. He is getting one of the best.
