Obituary of Jean Scaccia

Jean Mary Scaccia, 71, of Verbank, NY died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born on July 13, 1940 in Poughkeepsie, Jean was the daughter of the late Camillo and Josephine DiNitto Scaccia, Sr. She had worked for IBM in East Fishkill for 30 years and was currently working for Arlington Central School District as a bus monitor for the handicapped for the past 17 years. Jean had a love for "her" kids. She was a member of St. Denis Church. Jean is survived by her brother David Scaccia, her nephew and his wife Todd and Jane Scaccia of Hyde Park, NY, her uncle Leonard Scaccia of Beekman and her two great-nieces Rebecca and Rachael Scaccia of Hyde Park, NY. She was predeceased by her sister Anna Scaccia Gallo in 1979, her sister-in-law Jo-Anne Scaccia in 2007 and her former husband Al Bruzgul.
