Obituary of Paul Demboski

Paul J. Demboski, age 78, of Poughkeepsie, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center of Poughkeepsie, NY. Paul was born May 18, 1934 in Hudson, NY. He is the son of the late Anthony J and the late Martha (Skicka) Demboski. He married Marie B. Prisco on October 29, 1955 at Poughkeepsie, NY. Paul was a local resident since 1955, he previously resided in Tivoli and Hudson NY. He served locally in the National Guard. He retired from Central Hudson in Poughkeepsie NY as a Estimator in June 1994. Paul was a member of St. Mary's Church Poughkeepsie, Central Hudson Quarter Century Club and Central Hudson Retirees Club. He loved to Fish, Garden, Hunt, Read and Travel He is survived by his wife: Marie B. (Prisco) Demboski of Poughkeepsie; son and daughter in-law, David P. And Cassandra Demboski of Poughkeepsie, NY; granddaughter, Julia M. Demboski of Poughkeepsie, NY; grandson, Brian P. Demboski of Poughkeepsie, NY and his Great Grandson, Brody. Paul is also survived by his brother in-law Albert Prisco and his wife Laureen of Poughkeepsie and sister in-law Eleanor Creighton. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at St. Mary's Church, Church Street, Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be at a later date. Calling hours will be Wednesday, October 17 from 4pm to 7pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY.
