Obituary of Carmen Morales

Carmen Morales, age 84, of Lagrange, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at home in Pleasant Valley. Carmen was born September 20, 1928 in Carolina, PR. She is the daughter of the late Secundino and the late Felicita (Ruiz) Morales. She was married for 68 years to Enrique Mangual. Carmen was the oldest of eleven children, she was a local resident since February 2012 and was a member of St. Martin dePorres Church in Poughkeepsie. She is survived by her daughter Carmen Sangurima of LaGrange, her son Enrique Mangual and his wife Gloria Maria Padro of Carolina Puerto Rico, her grandchildren Jessica Sangurima, MD and her husband Andrew Ng, MD of Hopewell Jct., Omar Sangurima, MBA of LaGrange, Glorimar Mangual, BA of Carolina Puerto Rico and Maricelis Mangual, BS Pharm of Carolina Puerto Rico. Carmen is also survived by great grandchildren Geneva, Trinity, Jose, Gabriela and Gianni Gabriel. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at St. Martin dePorres Church, Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie, NY with burial to follow at St. Denis Cemetery, Hopewell Jct.
