I knew Jim from working at the City of Poughkeepsie, I will always remember his kindness, his service to our country and the love of his grandchildren, so sorry for your loss, may you rest in peace Jim.

Sincerest condolences to the Family of Jim from me and my wife Cathy. We both new Jim since the early days at Poughkeepsie Savings Bank and I also worked with him thru his career at the City of Poughkeepsie. He was a real character and a great guy. He will be certainly be missed and will be in our prayers. Rest in Peace Jim.

Although I never knew Francis, I now know much about what he was about from the wonderful write-up in our local newspaper..and disappointed to never have met him! Jimmy was a good man. I will remember always his sense of patriotism, devotion to family (stories about his grandsons), and concern for others. I understand he had a difficult battle the past few years. I am sure he fought it bravely and is at a well deserved resting place.
