Obituary of David Wheeler

David Seth Wheeler Sr., 32, died unexpectedly January 27th. 2013. He was born August 17th. 1980, in Rhinebeck, N.Y. the son of David Earl Wheeler and Gretchen Ann Wheeler. David was known as Seth by family members and friends. Seth obtained his GED in 2007 before attending college in Binghamton, N.Y. where he wanted to obtain a degree to work on computers. Seth returned home before he could finish college and resided in Hyde Park, N.Y. He enjoyed a good time and being surrounded by his family and friends. Seth had many hopes and dreams that he was unable to accomplish due to his unexpected death. He will be deeply missed! In death he will be joining his mother, Gretchen Ann Wheeler. He will forever be loved by those of us he left behind. Seth is survived by his son, David Seth Wheeler Jr.; two brothers, Robert Joel Wheeler, and his wife Rachal; Shawn Earl Wheeler; one sister, Rachael Joy Wheeler; his niece, Tristin; his nephew, Micah; and his grandparents Earl and Joan Wheeler. He will also be missed by the many friends whose lives he has touched. Family and friends will gather at 10a.m. Monday, February 4th., 2013, and a service of remembrance will be held at 11:30a.m. at Timothy P Doyle Funeral Home Inc . 371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He will be laid to rest with his mother at The New Paltz Rural Cemetery, in New Paltz, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Seth's memory to The Gideons International be made at the funeral home.
