Sandra M. Martin, age 69, of Poughkeepsie, died Friday, February 22, 2013 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center of Poughkeepsie, NY. Mrs. Martin was born May 13, 1943 in Poughkeepsie, NY. She is the daughter of the late William and the late Lillian (Place) Robinson. She married Gerald J.Martin on May 28, 1960 at Poughkeepsie, New York. She was employed by Debra T's in Poughkeepsie as a Chef. She loved to Cook and enjoyed being with her grandchildren and family. She is survived by her husband: Gerald J.Martin , two daughters: Mellissa A. Junge of Pleasant Valley, NY, Tracy L. Davey of Poughkeepsie, NY and two sons: Gerald J. Martin of Poughkeepsie, NY, Randy W. Martin of Poughkeepsie, NY; Sister of four sisters: Phyliss Mohrmon of Poughkeepsie, NY, Doris Cashin of Florida, Margaret Slate of Poughkeepsie, NY, Florence Backman of Upstate, NY; she also has one grandchild, thirteen great-grandchildren. Grandchildren, Nine; 13 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY with officiating. Burial will be in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie on at .
