Obituary of Laura McHale

Laura Susan McHale, 67, of Hyde Park, New York, passed away peacefully Monday, March 4, 2013 in Victory Lake Nursing Center after a battle against cancer. Born in The Bronx, New York on July 20, 1945, to the late Gerald and Juliette (Rizzo) Streppone. Laura enjoyed many years working as a Legal Secretary. She loved politics, good food and winning at Scrabble. Laura is predeceased by her husband, Peter McHale. He has been waiting with open arms for her to join him forever. Laura is survived by her daughter Juliette Landi and partner Dennis Remsburger and her grandsons' Ian and Devan Angleone, her son John Landi, her step-daughter Sharon and husband John Nolan and granddaughter Lily, her step-daughter Tara and husband Leonard Privitera and her grand-children, Nicholas, Rhiannon and Ryan and great-grandson Max Berchtold, her sister Angela and husband Robert Dietl and nephews Robert, Gerald, Matthew, James and grand-niece Juliette, her sister Geraldine DelleCurti, niece Christina and grand-nieces/nephew Raven, Aeris and Remington. Laura is predeceased by her step-daughter Pamela. Laura will be remembered and missed by all that knew her.
