Obituary of Gerald Martin

Gerald J. Martin, age 72, of Lagrange, died Monday, April 1, 2013 at home in Poughkeepsie. Mr. Martin was born July 3, 1940 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is the son of the late James and the late Grace (DiAntonio) Martin. He married Sandra M. Robinson on May 28, 1960 at Poughkeepsie, New York. He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra M. Robinson on February 22, 2013. He was employed by Delaney Builders Salt Point, NY as a Carpenter. Gerald was a member of Mid County Rod and Gun Club. Like to read, was a hunter and fisherman. Liked to watch old western movies. Gerald always looked forward for Sunday's when all his family and friends would stop over to see him. He is survived by two daughters: Mellissa A Junge of Pleasant Valley, NY, Tracy L. Davey of Poughkeepsie, NY and two sons: Gerald J. Martin of Poughkeepsie, NY, Randy W. Martin of Poughkeepsie, NY; Brother of three sisters: Joan Fanelli of Salt Point, NY, Doris Seal of Standordville, NY, Barbara Ropeper of Upstate, NY; 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his Sister, Carol Boss and Brother, Francis Martin. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Timothy P.
