I can't believe it's been a year since hearing your voice. I can still hear your laugh and picture your smile. It's the little things that make it a little easier. Your spirit holds me up. Our memories keep me warm. I will honor you today as I do everyday. Billy was just here visiting. We had a blast! One adventure after another. I am so proud of how strong he has become. We miss you so very much. I hope you are free from pain and sorrow. I hope you spend your time with our loved ones that have passed. I hope where you are is exactly how I picture it. A pieceful, beautiful, magical place. You are with me always... forever in my heart and soul....until we meet again... I love you!

I love you with all my heart and think of you every day. Almost two weeks have past and this calm remains. It's as if you've climbed into my heart and I know your safe and always with me. I'm proud of your life and all the lives you've touched. My memories keep me company during quiet moments. Your strength is now my strength. I will make you proud for the rest of my life. My love for you will grow within me. Our family has grown closer sharing our loss. I find peace knowing you found happiness. I find joy knowing you and Wyatt are together again, that he was waiting for you, that you were not afraid or in pain. I will see you both again, in time. May peace be with you always. You are forever loved by so many! I love you eternally, your Pearl, your Princess, always.

I worked with Ann on West Cedar Street in 1996. I was a single mom starting a new life for myself when I met Ann. She instantly took me under her wing. We spent many hours talking and sharing during our brief time together, but her kind, caring words still resound with in me. Her laugh was contagious her wisdom gave me inspiration and her spirit will forever be a part of me. May her family and close friends find some comfort in remembering all the wonderful ways Ann touched the many lives of everyone she encountered. RIP

Vinette, I miss you. Sorry for all the sorrow I might have caused you.Times were tough for many years but in the end I found the real Vinette, the one I married. If you only knew how many people loved you. Many old friends came to see you. Besides loving you I married you to help you. I finally did the last four days of your life. You loved flowers and boy were they beautiful. Don't worry about me or Meg. We are doing fine. Your with Wyatt now. Love, Billy

Dear Vinette, I remember so many days when we first met, with all the joy of a new beginning. Together we fought the good fight. Tears roll down my cheeks remebering the laughs and the agonies. If we did'nt have enough time to care for others, we found the time anyway. Your sense of reponsability to take care of a friend's cat. Bringing a sick friend flowers, introducing friends to the beautiful anemones. Your strength, your courage, your "never give up" determination. Vinette, I feel so helpless I couldn't meet your needs at the end of your life, but I am sure you and Don are in the beautiful life beyond where there is clarity and gentleness. Goodbye my dear friend.

I have been cutting Ann's pixie haircut for over 10 years and she always reminded me to go short, not to be shy about that....we shared stories and kept up with one another's family...she was a kind soul and I was happy that having me cut her hair always made her feel a bit better...She spoke highly of her daughter and was very proud of her accomplishments. May she rest in peace...and that her family find comfort in that~
