Obituary of David Senk

David G. Senk, age 65, of Poughkeepsie, died Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center Poughkeepsie, NY. David was born February 12, 1948 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is the son of the late Gerald P. and the late Margaret (Jackson) Senk. He married Marsha J. Morgan on January 18, 1990 in Poughkeepsie, New York. He served in the United States Army during the the Vietnam war. He was employed by Town Of LLoyd as a Water Treatment Operator. David was a member of VFW, he loved to play Tennis, loved to listen to Music and play his guitar and enjoyed watching Golf. David is survived by his wife: Marsha J.(Morgan) Senk; two sons: Jason C. Senk of Port St. Lucie, FLA, Justin P. Senk of San Diego, CA; Sister Ruthann Kugler of Pleasant Valley, NY and Brother Gerald P. Senk of Arlington, TX; Step Daughters, Melissa Morgan of Fayetteville, NC; and Tamara Morgan of Brooklyn, NY; Grandchildren, David, Ian And Jacob Senk and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, May 22 from 11am to 1pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
