Gerry was a magnificent teacher. And she had a special trait (uncommon for phys ed) of absolutely accuracy in record keeping--particularly attendance. Her records were instrumental in convicting a murderer. If we didn't tell you that before then let us tell it now or let us repeat it. always in our memories of Lakeland

The years we spent as colleagues were wonderful. But the best part was working with someone who was such a consummate professional. Your expertise was magnificent and you left a lasting impression on your students. We will always be glad that you made our life better. Rest in peace.

My day was darkened with the news of you passing, but knew that you were finally able to rest without pain. You fought a valiant fight and it is in your character that you did it quietly. I will treasure our times together both in the pool at AllSport and the special B&B priveleges, especially allowing me with Lucy to stay with you and Freckles.before I moved to Rochester, as well as the times I stayed when I would visit the Hudson Valley. Your laugh, multiple jokes etc were such a part of our times together. Every time I look at my butterfly bush I will remember the time I helped cut your's back for you. I will miss your presence in life but will keep your presence in my heart forever. I love you and wish your family left behind great solace.
