Obituary of Janinna Scully

Janinna Z. Scully, 50, passed away September 20, 2013 at Westchester Medical Center. She was born July 17, 1963 in Gary, Indiana to George and Olga Dondrowski Kirkilewski. A Poughkeepsie resident since 1984, she had previously resided in Gary, Indiana and Texas. Janinna worked as a laborer for Local 1000. She was everyone's mom and especially loved to take care of her boys. She loved to cook, enjoyed music and her spirituality. Janinna is survived by her three sons: Christopher J. Scully of Peoria, Ill., Brendan J. Scully and Sean F. Scully both of Poughkeepsie; brother George Kirkilewski of Peoria, Ill; brother Leon Kirkilewski of Fort Worth, TX; and brother Wally Kirkilewski. She was predeceased by her brother Henry Kirkilewski. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 5-9pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
