Obituary of Edna Marrone

Edna M Marrone, age 82, died Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Wingate At Ulster of Highland , NY. was born July 18, 1932 in Bronx, NY. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Edna (Ross) Woods. In 1968 she married Salvatore Marrone in Bronx, New York. She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore Marrone on January 2, 1977. She was employed by A & P in the Bronx, as a Meat Wrapper. Edna was a three year local resident previously of Manhattan and the Bronx. She is survived by her daughter: Dawn Silvestri of Pleasant Valley, NY; two grandsons, Craig Silvestri of Poughquag, NY and Denis Silvestri of Pleasant Valley, NY. Edna was predeceased by her brothers and sister. A graveside service will be held 11am Friday, January 30, 2015 at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx. Calling hours will be Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. There will be a Funeral Service during visitation at 7:30pm.
