Obituary of Robert Doughtery

Robert Doughtery, age 98, of Raleigh, NC, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at home in Raleigh. Robert was born July 7, 1916 in Kingston, NY. He is the son of the late Clarence and the late Hazel (Strubel) Doughtery. He married Dorothy M. Turner on April 4, 1942 at the Headding Methodist Church Poughkeepsie. He served in the Navy during World War II from 01/01/1942 to 01/01/1945. He was employed by IBM Poughkeepsie as a(n) Senior Purchasing Agent. He is survived by his wife: Dorothy M.(Turner) Doughtery ; ; A graveside service will be held 12:30 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, 342 South Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY with officiating. Burial will be in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, April 8 at 12:30 pm. .
