Obituary of Helen Marone

Helen T. Marone 96 of Poughkeepsie died on April 7, 2015. Born on March 8, 1919 in Poughkeepsie, New York she was the daughter of the late David F. and Helen Wermuth Tuttle. Helen was a graduate of Nativity School and attended Poughkeepsie High School. Helen was a previous employee of the Stardust Lingerie Co. and Schatz Federal Bearing. On December 30, 1939 at the Nativity Church Helen married Joseph R. Marone, he predeceased her on March 4, 1998. Helen is survived by her daughters Joanne Domey and her husband Kenneth, Constance Deho, grandchildren Joseph Lynch and his wife Erin, Donna Lynch Prime and her husband Ted and Heather McQuire Bourke and her husband Toby. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Elizabeth and Ryan Lynch, Tyler, Noah and Case Prime and Sierra Bourke, brother and sister in-law Donald and Elizabeth Tuttle and many nieces and nephews. Helen was also predeceased by her sister Mary Wiands, daughter Donna McQuire and son in-law John Deho. There will be one hour of visitation Saturday April 11, 2015 from 8am to 9am. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial 9:30am Saturday April 11, 2015 at Holy Trinity Church 775 Main Street Poughkeepsie, New York 12603. Burial will be at a later date at Cedar Hill Cemetery Newburgh, New York. The family asks that memorial donations be made in Helen's name to a charity of your Choice. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie, New York 12603.
