Obituary of Stacey Santiago

Stacey M. Santiago, age 41, of Poughkeepsie, died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at home in Lagrange. Stacey was born February 27, 1974 in Yonkers, NY. She is the daughter of James J. and the late Patricia (Gustowski) O'Rourke. She married Joe A. Santiago on June 8, 2002 at Sacred Heart Church in Yonkers, NY. She was a local resident for the last 13 years previously from Yonkers, NY. Stacey was a graduate of Charles E. Gorton High School in Yonkers and of the Cochran School of Nursing also in Yonkers. Stacey was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Poughkeepsie. One of the most important part of Stacey's life was being and doing things with her husband and children. She is survived by her husband: Joe A. Santiago of Lagrange, NY.; daughters: Gabriella and Nicole Santiago of Lagrange, NY; her father James J. O'Rourke of Somers, NY; sister and brother In-law, Kelly and Roy Pilot of Yorktown, NY; sister Dawn O'Rourke of Long Beach, NY and nephew, Matthew Pilot of Yorktown. Stacey was predeceased by her In-laws, Libania and Manuel Santiago. Calling hours will be Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:15 am on Friday, October 9, 2015 at St. Anthony's Church, 10 Squire Ave., Yonkers, NY. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Hastings On The Hudson.
