Obituary of Lloyd Willis

Lloyd Willis, Jr., age 75, of Hyde Park, died Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the Renaissance Nursing Home Staatsburg, NY. Lloyd was born March 10, 1940 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is the son of the late Lloyd and the late Samilee (Fuller) Willis Sr. He married Frances H. Folster on July 19, 1998 Las Vegas Nevada. He served in the Air Force. He was employed by Hudson River State Hospital as an Therapy Aide, after her retired he went to work at the Wappingers School District as a Bus Driver and also worked part time on the weekends for Short Lines Busing. Lloyd was a lifelong resident, he loved Model Trains, Train movies and videos. He is survived by his wife: Frances H.(Folster) Willis of Hyde Park, NY., daughter and son in-law Christine and Phillip Johnson of Palm Coast, FLA, daughter Karen Willis of Philadelphia, PA, daughter and son in-law Jennifer and Gobin Lalaram of Palm Coast, FLA, stepson: Lawrence Curry of Hyde Park, NY; brother: Reggie Jackson and 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of cousins. Calling hours will be Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 11am to 1pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. The funeral will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm.
