Obituary of Catherine Doyle

Catherine A. Doyle, age 83, of Poughkeepsie died Friday, March 11, 2016 at home in Poughkeepsie. Catherine was born September 17, 1932 in Vincennes, IN. She is the daughter of the late Frederick and the late Christina Them. She married Robert V. Doyle on July 26, 1953. at Holy Trinity Church Poughkeepsie. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert V. Doyle on February 6, 2009 Catherine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother , great grandmother and friend to all that knew her. She is survived by her son and daughter in-law: Robert G. And Lynn Doyle of Raleigh, NC, son Gary P. Doyle of Poughkeepsie, NY, son Christopher M. Doyle of Poughkeepsie, NY, son and daughter in-law Michael And Kristine Doyle of Downingtown, PA, and her grandchildren Kaitlin and Meaghan Doyle, Lauren Bach and her husband Ludwig, Shannon Doyle, Ryan, Zachary and Alexander Doyle and her great grandson Ludwig Bach. Catherine was predeceased by her daughter, Colleen A. Doyle and her six brothers and one sister. Calling hours will be Monday, March 14 from 5pm to 8pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 15 at St. Mary's Church, Church Street, Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
