My heart goes out to the Soltysiak family. I work in Family Court where Joe spent a lot of time and did a lot of great work. I will always remember his upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor. He will be sorely missed.

What a kind, loving and giving person... Joe radiated joy. He gave of his time by doing so many things for our school. I know everyone that knew him thought Joe was one of a kind, and we do as well. He was kind and fun-loving and his smile was infectious. He went out of his way to make you feel comfortable and would give you the shirt off his back.
