Words cannot describe the pain of losing a loved one. Memories are meant to be made for times like this. It's much easier to say "stay strong, it will be ok, remember the good times" than to be the one struggling with the finality of "the end". I pray to God he hears your prayers and comforts you all during this trying time. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, although it cannot be seen at this moment. I pray for you my friends who became my family.

I am so sorry to hear this. I worked with Sy often when I was a Field Supervisor at Dutchess Community College. He was a kind, caring person and will be missed.
His daughter, Karen, was one of my best students. My condolences to you, Karen, and your whole family.
