Obituary of Kyle S. Charter

Kyle S. Charter, age 45, of Poughkeepsie, died Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at home in Poughkeepsie. Kyle was born August 16, 1971 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is the son of Kenneth Charter and Helen Shanley Lifelong area resident. Kyle had a love for sports and loved baseball and the Yankees He is survived by ; his father Kenneth and stepmother Susan Charter of Poughkeepsie, mother and step father Helen and Clarence Shanley of Hyde Park, son Kyle S. Charter of Poughkeepsie, sister Kim Simmons of Kingston, two brothers Greg and Roy Charter of Poughkeepsie and many nieces and nephews. Kyle was also predeceased by two brothers Kenneth Charter and Todd Switzer. Calling hours will be Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 11am to 2pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. The funeral will be held 2:00 pm follow the calling hours. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
