Roger Henry Lee, age 88, of Pleasant Valley, died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at The Grand At River Valley Poughkeepsie, NY. Roger was born September 27, 1928 in Lagrange, NY. He is the son of the late Ralph C. and the late Hilda Violet (Way) Lee. He married Sandra Van Wagner on February 12, 1972 in Pleasant Valley, Sandra predeceased him on Feb 18, 2001. Roger Served in the United States Army 11th Airborne. He was employed by Town Of Pleasant Valley as their Building Inspector. Roger was a member of Pleasant Valley American Legion Post 741, Pleasant Valley Fire Department Station #1, he was the Past President of the Dutchess Putnam Men's Bowling Assoc., Past Director for Jr. Bowling Assoc., Past President of the Pleasant Valley Fire Department Station #1, Past President of the Pleasant Valley Lions Club, Past Recreation Director for Pleasant Valley.. 54 year member of the Pleasant Valley Fire Department He is survived by one daughter: Freya Bomba of Pleasant Valley, NY and one son: Kevin Lindholm; ; The funeral will be held on at Timothy P.
