To the family: Please accept my heartfelt and warmest sympathy. Anne and I began working together in 1976 and continued so until her retirement. During my many decades as County Clerk and County Executive I was blessed to enjoy Anne as not just a co-worker but had the good fortune to have her friendship, advice and support. She generously helped me personally and professionally and offered both guidance and assistance in the county building but also on the campaign trail over my many elections. She was a loyal and trusted friend I could always count on. Even over the recent years after we were both retired we would see each other around town at different events-- and it was always a special moment to get a big hug from her and catch up on her most recent travels and activities. I will miss her very much. God Bless!!! I will say an extra prayer for her tonight. Bill Steinhaus

To the family of Anne Richer (Bob and all) My deepest condolences on your loss. It is truly a loss for all who knew Anne. I worked with Anne for many years and I respected her knowledge and dedication. I always felt privileged to work with Anne and I feel we reciprocated our feelings.
