May fond memories of Jane bring you comfort during this hard time in your life. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these before she passed away. My hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. God has promised us that we will soon be reunited with our loved ones. “There is going to be a resurrection,” the Bible confirms at Acts 24:15. “Do not be amazed at this,” Jesus assures us, “for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28, 29)

My deepest sympathy to the family & friends of Jane. I was lucky enough to have met Jane 3 years ago when she was well, happy & vibrant. She took me into the community, introducing me to the girls at Mahjongg & Canasta. She brought me into her home for dinner & walked with me as Oreo & Jessie played. She was the heart of the condo community. She loved her daughters, adored her grandchildren, never missed a game no matter how hot it was, and toward the end, took great joy in giving her car to her grandson. Jane was kind, courageous, and giving. I was blessed to have been able to know her.

Bridget, Kim, Karen and families,
The video tribute to your Mom is beautiful, capturing her perfectly! Once I moved from the Poughkeepsie area we unfortunately didn't see one another as often but when we did get together we just picked up where we left off. We always got together sometime in February to celebrate her birthday, this year being no exception. I am so very glad I got to see her one more time. Her spirits were up, actively planning for the Angels to come ( her words). Hoping she got to personally give you each your gift so she could see your reaction. What a thoughtful, giving Mom. She always spoke so lovingly of you girls and her grandchildren...so very proud of them! She was so grateful for ALL of you! Love, Cheryl

Dear Bridget, Kim and Karen,
We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. It seems like so many of our childhood memories are intertwined with all of you. Spending time in your home, buses to school and living together in a neighborhood that we were all blessed to be a part of. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. While this is such great sorrow, we can see how special your mother's life was in your beautiful video. She was so loved and your children were so blessed to have been so involved in each other's lives. She gave you one of the best gifts a mother could--each other.
