Thomas Barry, age 68, of Poughkeepsie, died Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center Poughkeepsie, NY. Thomas was born November 29, 1948 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is the son of the late James E. and the late Agnes (Lavelle) Barry Sr.

Thomas was a local resident all of his life. He worked for Abilities First in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Thomas is survived by his brother and sister In-law, James E. and Margaret Barry Jr. of Poughkeepsie, NY; his nephew, James E. Barry III of Amenia, NY and his great nieces and nephews, Brian, Misaj, Sasha and Vera.

Burial will be Private at St. Peters Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, New York.
