Obituary of Elizabeth " Betty " Zeller

Elizabeth A. "Betty" Zeller, 79, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.  Born in Poughkeepsie on January 1, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Erik and late Emma Ericson Lindmark.  Betty was a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.  On October 20, 1957 she married William "Bill" A. Zeller at St. John's Lutheran Church and he survives her at home.  Betty had worked as a secretary for the family business, Bill Zeller Building and Remodeling.  Betty loved her family vacation, going to Gloucester, MA for over 50 years, reading, her family and grandchildren, pictures of family, coloring and puzzles.  She loved Sunday dinner with family, Sunday rides and she enjoyed helping with Hot Air Ballooning and going to Glens Falls.  In addition to her husband Bill, Betty is survived by her daughter Cindy Zeller Walsh of Poughkeepsie, daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Bruno Ozols of Ballston Lake, NY and daughter and son-in-law Wendy and Kevin Dorset of Clifton Park, NY.  Also surviving are her grandchildren; Jason Walsh, Justin Walsh, Kristen Benamati, Erika Ozols, Erin Dorset and Ian Dorset, as well as her great-grandchildren; Delaney Walsh, Beckham Walsh, Aaron Benamati and Hayden Benamati.  Betty is also survived by her brother Harry Lindmark and sister Ingrid Lindmark.  Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by siblings Swede Lindmark, Arnie Lindmark and Ernie Lindmark.  Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Timothy P.
