Obituary of T'Ondra Walker

T’Ondra Walker, born on June 2, 1998. Passed away on May 7, 2018.  T'Ondra attended and graduated Poughkeepsie Middle and High school. This honor roll student proceeded her education and attended some classes at Dutchess Community College. She graduated from the R.O.T.C program in 2016, T’Ondra was industrious young woman, she played on the Poughkeepsie Tennis Team, volunteered in church, and gave back to her community whenever she could. T’Ondra had many jobs in child care and loved working with children. When she wasn’t busy in the community, her best-loved hobbies were singing, dancing with her friends and acting for a variety of plays. If you knew her then you knew she loved her hair and make-up.  she had a beautiful, pure, soul along with a determined mind which helped her conquer everything she set out to do. T’Ondra was unique, and her louder than life personality touched many people. If you knew her, you’d know that there are no words that you or anyone could put together to describe her spirited character. She will be missed in the most special way. T’Ondra is survived by her mother Donita Walker, father Lauradieu Fils, and stepfather Delano Thomas. She has also survived sister Denisha Walker and her Brothers Gabriel, Daniel Fils of Poughkeepsie. As well as her godmother Nika Lynch, godbrothers and sister David Daeon and Deshyia Lynch. T’Ondra survived her only Aunt Michelle Williams of Poughkeepsie, and Uncle John C. Herlog of Florida. Grandmother Bobbi Dash of Poughkeepsie. T’Ondra was predecesed by grandparents John and Ertha Herlong, and Uncle Anthony Walker. As well as survived by a host of cousins and friends. Funeral arrangements has been set for Wednesday May 16 at  The Faith Assembly Church locates at 254 Spackenkill Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
