“Aunt” Diana was a loving and important part of how my life began, in Waldwick, New Jersey. My first buddy David & I had the freedom and encouragement to explore our environment, contribute to our extended “family” dynamics, & feel cared-for by our neighbors. My Mom Lenore, (still with us @98) and Diana were truly like sisters. The Adam’s family were so wonderful to her, and by extension, to all of us kids. Thank you Aunt Diana, for enriching me. I love you!

To the family of Diana Adams:
We want to express our condolences to your family of your dear loved one. After reading the obituary it’s evident that she was a special person that will be missed dearly. Since many are faced with the unbearable pain such a loss brings, you may wonder “Why do people die? Will I ever be happy again? How can I find relief? The Bible answers these questions for us. God promises that there will be a time when he will swallow up death forever at Isaiah 25:8. If you would like to learn more about this promise please visit our website jw.org and there you will see the article Awake No. 3 “Help for those who Grieve”.

I’m so sorry for your loss. No matter how old a person gets, death is hard to accept. We were created to live forever. In John 6:40 and Acts 24:15 the bible promises a resurrection of our loved ones back to earth. When Jesus resurrected Lazarus from the dead, it was to earth. That was a foregleam of the future. In Psalms 37:11+29 says man will live forever on the earth in peace. That was God’s original purpose, for man to live forever in the garden of eden. God’s purpose hasn’t changed. In Isaiah 45:18 says God created the earth to be inhabited. That’s why he gave his son to die for us, John 3:16, so we could have everlasting life on earth. In Revelation 21:4 says there’ll be no more pain or death. Since there’s no pain or death in heaven, those are future conditions here on earth as God had intended. JW.org
