Obituary of Karen S. Hottes

Karen S. Hottes, 59 years, of Poughkeepsie, passed away on Monday October 7, 2019 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

She was born on Thursday September 1, 1960 in Poughkeepsie, the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Way Moyer.

Karen was a local resident of the area her whole life. She worked at the Thompson House in Rhinebeck as a Certified Nursing Assistant. 

Karen is survived by her children Tammi Hottes-Amato and her husband Eric of Rhode Island, Wayne E. Hottes and his wife Danielle of Milan, Charlene M. Clark and her husband Edwin of Pleasant Valley, 6 grandchildren, her sister Katherine Moyer and brother Robert Moyer.

Karen was predeceased by Rhonda Wood and Ryan Moyer.

Services and Burial are private and at the convenience of the family.
