The years I spent with Charlie in the 90's were tender ones. His loving support and encouragement carried me through some very difficult times. Years after we parted ways and I relocated to Colorado, he still occasionally sent me wonderful packages filled with unexpected and funny items and newspaper articles about the Hudson Valley. May he rest in peace.

Charles was one of my oldest and dearest friends. I think of you often and remember our adventures together Woodstock, Gaylordsville bike ride, Boy Scouts , Saint Marys and the River Rats. You are missed pal by me and Fang and Marshall and Toby too. So sorry I didn't stop at the old cabin to visit.
